Manhattan:
2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
3 dashes bitters
1 the stand brandied cherry
pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. stir well. strain into cocktail glass. garnish with the stand brandied cherry
Blood Orange Margarita:
2 oz silver tequila
1 oz triple sec
2 oz the stand blood orange syrup
1 oz lime juice
kosher salt
candied orange peels
combine tequila, triple sec, the stand blood orange syrup, lime juice and ice in a shaker. shake. spread a small mound of salt on a small plate. moisten the rim of the glass, then dip in the salt. strain into glass, garnish with candied orange peels.
Mixed Citrus Marmalade Martini:
2 heaping tablespoons the stand’s mixed citrus marmalade
2 oz gin
3/4 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon or lime juice
1 heaping table spoon the stand mixed citrus marmalade
1 the stand lemon ribbon
in a shaker mix the marmalade and gin, mashing with a spoon so that the marmalade dissolves. add ice, triple sec and lemon juice. shake
strain into chilled martini glass. garnish with a the stand lemon ribbon
Americano:
1.5 oz campari
1.5 oz sweet vermouth
club soda
citrus ribbon
fill glass with ice, build with campari, sweet vermouth and top with club soda. garnish with the stand citrus ribbon.
